At a low temperature of -30°C, contact stress sharply increases, aggravating friction and wear; at a high temperature of 135°C, leakage increases and the pumping effect weakens, but the model can optimize design to mitigate these effects.
The model considers transient changes with pressures of 1–20 MPa and speeds of 10–700 mm·s⁻¹, enabling prediction of lubrication and wear characteristics under varying conditions.
The model accounts for the influence of temperature-dependent material properties from -30°C to 135°C on film characteristics, wear depth, leakage, and frictional force.
