Separation and Purification Technology 2025
The hydrophobic 2D MOF sheets form continuous pathways in PDMS that preferentially transport n-butanol, yielding a separation factor of 48.24.
J_n reaches 508.7 g·m⁻²·h⁻¹, enabled by a multi-stage molecular mass-transfer mechanism that lowers diffusion resistance.
Silane modification improves filler–polymer interaction and weatherability, ensuring long-term operational stability.
