Ultra-wide angle low reflection
A hybrid design combining interference multilayers with bio-inspired micro-nanostructures that substantially reduces reflectivity in the 3–5 μm mid-infrared band and over 0–60° incidence angles, while requiring a low aspect ratio of ~3.18 to avoid fabrication challenges of high-aspect-ratio structures.
