Amorphous Sb₂S₃ Electron Transport Layer

14.59% efficient, 85°C stable

Surface-modified TiO₂ with amorphous Sb₂S₃ nanoparticles forms a multi-contact ETL that improves interfacial charge transport and stabilizes the perovskite film, enabling carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbI₂Br solar cells to reach 14.59% efficiency with minimal degradation at elevated temperatures.
