Te Nanowire Flexible Sensor

Single-channel multimodal sensing

Based on a tilt-grown reticulated Te nanowire structure, it uses combined thermoelectric and piezoelectric effects to simultaneously sense strain, strain rate, and temperature in a single active layer, with no external power required and record-high sensitivities.
