A mixed noncovalent/covalent Mott-Schottky heterojunction with atomic-level Ti-Cl-Bi bridging bonds accelerates charge transfer, enabling a photoelectrochemical sensor for ciprofloxacin with a detection limit as low as 121.21 pM.
