Temperature-tunable crystallization

Annealing temperature determines the crystallization mechanism: below 80 °C secondary crystallization forms thicker lamellae, while above 80 °C spontaneous crystallization forms thinner lamellae, enabling tunable crystallinity and mechanical properties.

Clear mechanistic transition

Gaussian fitting revealed that the two crystallization mechanisms occur simultaneously with rates dependent on annealing temperature, providing a theoretical basis for process optimization.
