ZnO-PS Composite Varistor Material

Cold sintering introduces 2–10 nm polystyrene layers at ZnO grain boundaries, forming Schottky barriers that raise the threshold electric field from 135 to 2703 V/mm, surpassing commercial ZnO varistors while maintaining >95% relative density.
