Advantages
Dramatically enhanced hole mobility
The exposed high-index (112) facets enable efficient in-plane charge transport, giving a hole mobility as high as 302 cm2 V-1 s-1.
Nearly one order higher detectivity
The specific detectivity reaches 6.8×1013 Jones, nearly one order of magnitude higher than that of pure MAPbI3 SC photodetectors, significantly enhancing low-light detection.
High responsivity
Under 532 nm illumination, the photodetector exhibits a responsivity of 228.7 A W-1, meeting the demand for sensitive photoelectric conversion.
Applications
- Photodetectors:Provides high-mobility crystal wafers for direct fabrication of high-performance lateral photodetectors
- Perovskite optoelectronic devices:High-index facet engineering can be a general strategy to enhance charge transport in various perovskite optoelectronic devices
- High-sensitivity optical sensing:Enhanced detectivity by nearly one order enables sensitive acquisition of weak optical signals
- Low-light detection:High specific detectivity and responsivity enable effective operation under low illumination
