Laser-Responsive ITO Microbubble Array

On-demand droplet release

A 1064 nm laser generates microbubbles on an ITO layer to selectively eject a droplet from a static droplet array, which is then automatically wicked into a pipette tip by capillary force for one-droplet-one-tube dispensing.
