Cuts at sulfated domains

Unlike terrestrial heparinases, HD1492 preferentially cleaves sulfated regions, leaving resistant oligosaccharides with nonsulfated disaccharides linked to an N-sulfated disaccharide, thereby revealing nonsulfated domain distribution in HP/HS.
