Schottky Au/TiO₂ Photocatalyst

Near 100% selectivity for formate

Induced by strong metal-support interaction, reverse charge transfer creates electron-rich Auδ⁻ species and Auδ⁻-Ov-Ti³⁺ interfacial sites, achieving nearly 100% selectivity for formate in glycerol photooxidation with a 21.6-fold higher production rate than conventional Schottky Au/TiO₂.
