Pure-phase FA0.82MA0.11Cs0.07 single-crystal thin-films with low lattice strain and low surface defect density, synthesized via formic acid additive and optimized space-limited anti-solvent crystallization, enable non-integrated planar photodetectors with record responsivity and external quantum efficiency.
