Ru-Modified MAX Phase Nanozyme

Activity Exceeding Natural Peroxidase

By introducing Ru single atoms into the single-atom-thick A layer of V2SnC MAX phase, the resulting V2(Sn0.8Ru0.2)C nanozyme exhibits peroxidase-like activity far exceeding that of natural horseradish peroxidase, enabling sensitive biosensing and antibacterial applications.
