Valley splitting tunable up to 227 meV
Adsorbing different 5d transition-metal atoms on Janus 2H-WSSe monolayers enables simultaneous tuning of valley splitting and magnetic anisotropy, offering a promising candidate for spintronic and valleytronic devices.
